S.H.Cruz Leon | Clinical Director | Educator/Trainer

Dr. S.H. Cruz Leon, DHSc. is a clinical sexologist, psychotherapist, experienced educator, global leader, facilitator, survivor/warrior, advocate; and integrative health care professional specializing in complex traumas emphasis on sexual traumas/disorders and trauma incident reduction. She is the driving force behind Haynes Harbour, Inc. and fills the Executive Director role. Her present focus is to disrupt the demand and supply cycle of vulnerable populace who are trafficked; to provide adequate and prompt safe harbors for trafficked victims/survivors, to provide complex trauma therapy for victims and survivors, to identify and treat vicarious trauma experienced by first responders; health/mental health practitioners, and direct service providers by incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities; and to improve rapid rescues and resources for those who are trafficked. She is a Rotarian with the Hallandale-Aventura chapter where she spreads education and awareness regarding human trafficking as well as engaging in local/global humanitarian services to advance goodwill and peace around the world. She is a volunteer advocate with the City of Miami PD victims’ crime unit, and a member of the Broward Human Trafficking Coalition/STARS sub-committee.

Stanley Nazaire | Financial Analyst

Stanley Nazaire, MBA has joined the management team of Haynes Harbour Inc. to fill the role as senior financial analyst with an extensive background and expertise. He is a detail-oriented senior financial analyst with CPA credentials and hands-on experience in quantitative/statistical analysis, budgeting, accounting, and forecasting.​Currently, he is the night auditor for Apple Core Hotels located in New York City. He provides robust modeling and reporting to facilitate executive-level decision making. In addition, he reviews financial statements and analyzes sales revenues, costs, expenses, and tax rates for all business units of leading process automation companies. Mr. Nazaire rapidly adapts to new technologies and possesses expertise with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and a broad range of statistical software.

Johnelle Rodriguez | Communications Director & Secretary

Johnelle Rodriguez is currently a billing specialist and marketing/communications director in her current profession, working in the field of legal services. Aside from clerical duties, she is responsible for running all social media communications, blogging, managing content on the company site, promoting the business through print and online materials, and administering all written and online communication concerning the company. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism degree in 2011, from the University of Florida. In Spring 2019, she graduated with a Master of Arts in Technical Communication degree, from Minnesota State University, Mankato. 


Johnelle joined the Haynes Harbour team in January 2018. In this position, she is responsible for ensuring all forms of written and online communication are intact and effective. She works behind the scenes in helping to prepare material to share promotional information and to educate others about matters concerning and relating to this business. She is a strong writer and is a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual who prides herself in being a quick learner. Being part of the team, she is proud to continue learning from others and expanding her mind, being a part of an effort that has a strong impact on the community.

Gurleen Kaur | Board President | CPA

Gurleen Kaur is a Chartered Accountant from India and maintains CPA (US) credentials as well. She began her career as a statutory auditor with Deloitte, during which she audited and reviewed financial statements of clients from media and service industries. Later, she worked with Grant Thornton as an auditor in the Assurance department. Apart from working as an accountant, Gurleen has a keen interest in teaching and has taught financial accounting and financial management subjects to students in various colleges and universities in India.

In her leisure time, she loves to spend time with nature and likes to do crafty things at home. She also likes to volunteer for organizations in her fields of interests, so she joined Haynes Harbour, Inc. in September 2018 and is helping with the preparation of budgets for various programs.

Dasiaquan Haynes | Board Vice President | Registered Nurse

Dasiaquan F. Haynes “Dashi” received her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing (BSN) from Florida State University in May 2000. She joined the Florida Hospital system 18 years ago. Her present emphasis is with the unique population of oncology, as a nurse navigator. She has worked in a variety of avenues within the health care spectrum, such as medical/surgical, diabetes, neuroscience, and home health care. This experience and training allows her to bring forth a variety of knowledge to the community.  

Dashi truly has a passion for caring for others. Dashi serves as the vice president of Haynes Harbour, Inc., which affords her the opportunity to help others reach their optimum potential. She believes that each day has purpose and should be approached with great enthusiasm! One of her favorite quotes is: “Count your blessings and make your blessings count.”

Kimberly Spann | Board Treasurer

Mrs. Kimberly “Kim” Spann, a South Florida native, became a part of the Haynes Harbour Inc. family in January 2018, where she serves on the administrative board. Kim obtained a bachelor’s degree and has a Health Care Management with emphasis in Human Resources background. She dedicates her skills, talents and abilities to any assigned task to aim for quality assurance results to be delivered.  Hobbies include event planning, where her creativity is portrayed and creating memories with her family. Kim supports the non-profit and looks forward to witnessing the continued blessings upon the visionary, administrative board and members.
